Adult orthodontics
Orthodonticscan be done at any age. Adults are patients that have finished their growth spurt. There are adult patients that need only orthodontic treatment and there are patients that need combined treatment with other specialists. There are Ortho-surgical treatments, Ortho-perio treatments and Ortho-prosthetic treatments. There are cases in which miniscrews are used to increase anchorage.
Metal or clear brackes
Orthodontic braces are made of metal (stainless steel), or ceramic. Our clear braces will not stain or discolor. Our metallic brackets are the smallest in the market. You can choose the color of the ties that hold the wire in the brackets. The brackets are bonded to the teeth. By placing a constant gentle force in a carefully controlled direction, braces slowly move teeth to a corrected position
