Invisalignis made with 3-D computer imaging technology, and has been proven effective. Invisalign uses a series of invisibleremovable and comfortable aligners that no one can tell you are wearing. You can eat and drink what you want while in treatment, plus brushing and flossing are no problem. Invisalign allows you to view your own virtual treatment plan when you start, so you can see how your straight teeth will look when you treatment is complete.
You will wear each set of aligners for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat and drink coffee, brush and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move little by little, week by week, until they have straightened to the final position. You will visit about once every 4 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Total treatment time averages 9-15 months and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 10 and 30, but both will vary from case to case.
Not every problem can be treated with Invisalign.
